Amanuel Gebreigzabhier today scored Cycling Team Dimension Data’s first European podium victory of this year when he finish in third place the 55th edition of G.P. Palio del Recioto, a UCI U23 race in Italy.
The Palio del Recioto is one of the biggest Italian races that usually takes place in the spring.
There were almost 200 riders on the start line, and to finish third place a race with such star-studded line-up of U23 riders is like a victory for this young Eritrean rider.
