After winning gold in the first event of the world championships — men’s marathon champion Ghirmay Ghebreslassie took time out from his busy schedule to spend the day taking in what the Chinese capital has to offer. CCTV reporter Mike Fox gave him a guided tour of one of the world’s most famous cities.
The man who was victorious running through the streets of Beijing was back on them just a day later, but this time at a much slower pace.
