HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces today in the House of Prince Palace receives Excellency President Isaias Afwerki of Eritrea, who is currently visiting the country.
And His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed welcomed Eritrean President and discussed with him the friendship and cooperation relations between the United Arab Emirates, the State of Eritrea and ways of developing them to serve the common interests of the two friendly peoples and countries.
During the meeting, they reviewed areas of cooperation between the two countries and the importance of working to develop and development in the various political, economic and development sectors in the framework of the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to pay relations to further progress and development in all fields.
The two sides exchanged views on regional and international developments as well as a number of topics and issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, HH Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Foundation Zayed Higher Organization for humanitarian care and Special needs, HE Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, and His Excellency Hamid Saeed Neyadi deputy director and Minister of presidential Affairs Office and a number of sheikhs and senior officials and a group of citizens.
