Colonnade Mining Wins Drilling Contract for Bada Potash Project

EGME is part of Essel Group, the Indian multinational conglomerate. In 2015, it acquired the Bada potash exploration license located in the Danakil region of Eritrea.

EGME appointed Colonnade Mining Group as drilling contractor for its Bada potash project in Eritrea. Drilling to commence by the 3rd week of October, for an expected period of 30 days.

Nevsun Delivers Substantial Resource Growth at Bisha from 2016 Drilling

Nevsun updated its mineral resource estimates for Bisha, Harena and Asheli deposits in Eritrea. Harena Inferred resources now increased by nearly 130%. Bisha district Inferred resources also increased by over 100%. Asheli’s maiden inferred resources outlines modest increase.

Nevsun Expects Lower Copper Output in 2015

Nevsun is expected to produce between 160-million and 175-million pounds of copper in concentrate this year.

THE Bisha Mining Share Company, which is 60% owned by TSX-listed miner Nevsun, is expected to produce between 160-million and 175-million pounds of copper in concentrate this year.

Harena Exploration Bolsters Bisha Mine

MUCH of Nevsun’s drilling in Eritrea this year – as part of a vastly expanded drill program – has concentrated on the Harena deposit, the near-surface parts to which it mined early on as part of its Bisha mine.

South Boulder Mines Completes Pre-Feasibility Study Ahead of Schedule

PFS Level Drilling Completed Ahead of Schedule and DFS level drilling commences for dewatering and infrastructure

SOUTH Boulder Mines (ASX:STB) is pleased to announce Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) level drilling at its Colluli Potash Project in Eritrea, East Africa, has been completed ahead of schedule.

The early completion of the PFS section of the drilling program allows for the finalisation of the mining study and the Resource Report by the Perth-based international team AMC Consultants and will help ensure the timely delivery of the PFS early in 2015.
