Grief-Stricken Ethiopians Take Their Anger to the Streets Over ISIS Killings (VIDEO)

THE women are wailing and crying, the youth chanting. Thousands of angry Ethiopians filled the streets of Addis Ababa to vent their rage and grief over the gruesome killing of dozens of Ethiopian Christian asylum seekers in Libya by the savage Islamic extremist group ISIS.

The protesters depart from the homes of the two victims located in Kirkos neighborhood and continued all the way to Meskel Square. Ethiopia’s Anti-Extremist Policies Could Put It in Militants’ Crosshairs

Ethiopia could be dragged into the battle against ISIS. Government said lawmakers will meet and consider possible response to the crime. Yes, Egypt bombed Libya after ISIL commit similar crimes but Ethiopia is not Egypt and fighting ISIS is not Ethiopia’s business. Thread carefully!

THE United States for years has praised Ethiopia’s fight against terrorism in East Africa, but that hard-line approach to extreme Islamism may have contributed to the bloody execution of dozens of Ethiopian Christians who were targeted by the Islamic State (ISIS) in Libya.

Addis Ababa has been long consumed with a bigger threat on their borders — against the militant group al-Shabab in neighboring Somalia.
