Natnael Berhane Joins Cofidis Replacing Daniel Teklehaimanot

Already played five grand rounds (Tour de France 2016, Giro 2017-2018 and Vuelta 2014-2015), and recently 10th overall in the Tour of Guangxi, the Eritrean is ready to take up a new challenge at the French club Cofidis for 2019.

The first stage of the Tour of Romandie today rewarded Natnael Berhane of Team Dimension Data by a fine 4th place finish, ahead of five time Tour de France winner Chris Froome.

The 2016 UCI World Road Race Championships concluded today with the elite men’s 257km road race. Eritrean Natnael Berhane finishes amazingly 13.

Natnael Berhane, representing the African nation Eritrea, challenged a field of the world’s best cyclists finishing 13th place during the Men’s Elite Road Race at the UCI Road World Championship 2016 in Doha, Qatar.

Natnael Berhane and Merhawi Kudus Renew Team Dimension Data Contract

Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka renewed contracts with four African riders – two Eritreans and two South Africans.

Eritreans Natnael Berhane and Merhawi Kudus, as well as South Africa’s Reinardt Janse van Rensburg and Nic Dougall have inked deals with Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka that will see them representing Africa’s team beyond 2016.
