Eritrean Citizens vs. Bloody Mercenaries

Defeating the Eritrean mercenaries at their own game
Eritreans defended the legacy, history, reputation and image of Eritrea. No matter how much the anti-Eritrea establishment invested on some mercenaries dubbed as “activists”, regardless of the power and influence it wields, the people of Eritrea fought back and beat them.

BY AMANUEL BIEDEMARIAM

Occasionally, we come across very important revelations that serve as evidence to conspiracies that Eritreans long claimed existed against them. These conspiracies are multifaceted, funded by organizations with deep-pockets and intent on ensuring the success of their agendas no matter what. The obvious questions are: why, whom, when, where and how? Continue reading Eritrean Citizens vs. Bloody Mercenaries

A Constitution for a Multinational Democratic State-Nation: The Case of Ethiopia

The International Forum for Democratic Studies at the National Endowment for Democracy together with Dr. Negaso Gidada organizes a presentation entitled “A Constitution for a Multinational Democratic State-Nation: The Case of Ethiopia”

By NED,

EVER since the formation of the modern state of Ethiopia, the country’s diversity, represented by its roughly eighty ethnic groups, has defied common formulas for unity and democratic development. Regimes have come and gone, but the central question—whether to forge a nation-state, a multinational federation, or something else—has dominated Ethiopia’s political agenda for decades. CPJ, Rights Groups Slam Dawit Kebede; NED Stops Funding

Widely suspected as a TPLF undercover agent, Dawit Kebede (right), editor of Awramba Times, was reportedly “forced into exile” with a mission to sowing division among the pro-democracy Ethiopian Diaspora. Exposed, Dawit flew back to the fold of TPLF in Addis, and now poses for a photo with his boss, Bereket Simon, the notorious jailer of Ethiopian journalists

By Tamru Ayele,

THE Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), Oakland Institute (OI) and Survival International (SI) have strongly rejected and condemned Dawit Kebede’s recent claims against several global advocacy groups.

The groups said such an irresponsible and unsubstantiated allegation that has no factual basis is not expected of someone who claims to be a journalist committed to informing others.

Dawit Kebede, who was one of the four recipients of CPJ’s International Press Freedom Award in 2010, recently appeared on the state-run ETV and accused CPJ, Oakland Institute , Freedom House, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, International Rivers, Survival International and the International Crisis Group of being tools of imposing Western hegemony. CPJ Press Freedom ‘Hero’ Says Right Groups are Tools for Western Hegemony

ETHIOPIAN journalist and former CPJ “press freedom hero” have accused the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) as being one of the tools for imposing “Western hegemonic ambition”.

Dawit Kebede, managing editor of Awramba Times, who was one of the four recipients of CPJ’s International Press Freedom Award in 2010, launched the scathing attack against CPJ and leading international human rights groups in a recent interview with ETV, the state-run television.

He claimed that organizations such as CPJ, Freedom House, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Oakland Institute and the International Crisis Group are tools of advancing Western hegemony.

“These organizations are part of an overall allegiance to control the world under one single ideology,” he said. Continue reading CPJ Press Freedom ‘Hero’ Says Right Groups are Tools for Western Hegemony

The Destabilising Factor of the Notorious NED Revealed at the SOAS London Seminars

Futile Exercise. The series of seminars on Eritrea at the SOAS London might be another “rabbit out a hat” (trick) to create a new momentum for another wild trumped-up charge as a pretext to impose another series of Sanction on Eritrea …

By Alula Abraha,

This article will try to establish the undeniable connection between the notorious NED with Chaos in Ukraine and Venezuela as well as on the series of Seminar on Eritrea organised by another front organisation called “Justice Africa

When seeing a very known neo-Nazi (KNN) agitator appointing himself as the prime minister of the troubled Ukrainian regime and the support it gets from the US (particularly the notorious NED & IRI via its poster boy John McCain) quite openly, it reminded me of a book I read sometime ago titled “Understanding Power“.   Continue reading The Destabilising Factor of the Notorious NED Revealed at the SOAS London Seminars
