ERITREA’s Foreign Minister Osman Saleh Mohamed confirmed on Tuesday his country’s confidence in wisdom and ability of the Yemeni political leadership headed by President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi to overcome the current crisis.
During his meeting with Yemeni charge d’affaires in Asmara Mohamed al-Jaifi, the Eritrean minister noted that President Isaias Afwerki is interested and follows up the developments and political events in Yemen.
The Eritrean minister stressed the importance of realizing that any party’s departure from the national consensus would threaten the security and stability in Yemen and would affect negatively on the security and stability of the entire region.

Ambassador Mohammed-Sheik Presents Credentials to Yemeni Leader
THE newly appointed Eritrean Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed-Sheik Abdul-Jelil, has presented his credentials to President Abdurobo Mansur Hadi.
During the presentation ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed President Isaias’ greetings to the Yemeni President, and asserted that he would exert endeavors to strengthen the historic and brotherly relations of the people of the two countries.
